Plan Your Event

Welcome to Orchard Catering! Our mission is to provide you with exceptional quality, exceptional service

and a creative cutting-edge culinary experience. Our professional staff is available to assist in planning

your special event Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. If your

Policies + Procedures

To ensure optimal selection and the best possible service we kindly ask that events be booked at least

seven business days in advance. We understand events arise unexpectedly and we will do our best to

accommodate your needs.

Guest Counts

We kindly request a confirmed number of guests be specified 3 business days prior to the event. This

number is considered the guaranteed guest count.

Event Staff

We will ensure your event is fully setup 15- 30 minutes before guest arrival time, and we will return to

pick up no later than 4 hours from event setup time unless an earlier pick up was requested.

Staff is available to support your event if you prefer to have someone on-site at all times. Event staffing is

billed with a four-hour minimum, at $35.00 per hour, each additional hour will be billed at the same hourly

rate. Please ask our team for more details.

Cancellation

Please note that all cancellations must be made five business days prior to the contracted event date at

no charge or penalty with the exception event staffing*. If a cancellation is requested 2-5 business days

prior to your event there will be a 25% service charge to accommodate service and product expenses.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your event will be billed fully regardless of products ordered (unless due

to force majeure). Changes and cancellations must be submitted by the requestor or event contact, no

exceptions.

Food and Beverage restrictions

No food or beverages may be brought in or removed from the premises. All food and beverages must be

consumed in the area in which it is served and must be provided by the Orchard Catering Team.

Delivery Charges

A minimum food & beverage order of $100.00 is required for any delivery. Orders not meeting the

minimum can still be delivered with one time fee of $50.00. Off campus delivery charge of $50.00 will

apply to orders under $200.00.

Taxes

A 9.5% sales tax will be charged on applicable items and services.

Bar Charges

A $200.00 minimum sale is required for all bar services and bartenders will be billed for a minimum of

4 hours at $35.00 per hour. All beverages must be provided by the Orchard Catering team. For special

events outside beverages can be brought in with approval and a corkage fee starting at $25.00 per bottle.

Room Reservation Policy

  1. Minimum Rental Time: All room rentals have a 4-hour minimum booking time.
  2. Additional Hourly Charges:A charge will apply for any additional hours beyond the 4-hour minimum. These extra charges will not be waived. The 4-hour minimum can be waived if food and beverages are booked, but room rental charges and extra hourly charges still apply.
  3. Room Rental Pricing:The prices for each room and their extra hour charges are as follows:
  4. Food and Beverage Waiver: he 4-hour minimum rental requirement can be waived only for food and beverage orders. This waiver applies to the room rental charge but does not apply to the extra hourly charges.
